I had to wait at the service counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I got to the site. There were several employees around who saw me, but made no attempt to engage me before my service advisor finally came in from looking at another vehicle and got me started.

Got there early, got right in, got right out.
You guys charged me over $200 bucks to get the tailgate on my Tacoma to open and close properly. I was told it was dirty and needed to be cleaned. That’s ridiculous! > $200 to clean my tailgate. Not a good way to treat a customer who bought the vehicle from you. Just ridiculous!!! Why on earth should I come back for future service after being treated that way?

This is my first visit to Pueblo Toyota, I was greeted and kept informed of the service and recall work. I was comfortable with staff and service provided.
Tristan has excellent customer service skills and was very accommodating! I had a question about my gps and he showed exactly what I needed to do to have sound. He had my car delivered inside so it easier for me once the work was completed. He is an asset to your service department team!

Car wasn’t as clean as I would’ve expected. Oh my settings were changed on my seats. And the windows had been rolled down and not wiped off so my clean car was not clean anymore. The wipers had been used which made a mess on the windshield as well. Next time I’ll be sure to get my car washed after service. Other than that everything was fine. Except I was a little confused because the number is reported on my tire pressure were very different than what was showing on my display inside the car.

I'm surprised and disappointed that my service package doesn't do an oil change until 20,000 miles. my last oil change was 10,000 miles, which means I have to go 10,000 miles between oil changes. I realize you dont control this. but im still going to complain. oil changes should be every 5,000 miles.
