I requested to be called rather than texted when vehicle service was complete. Tyler did call as I was already on my way to Toyota, after checking how long since cabin filters were changed, I requested that be done. Filters were changed but upon my inspection of car upon arrival, passenger seat was left fully reclined and glove box would not stay closed. Technician Jewels properly secured glove box door. Thank you!

Very inept. Didn’t have brake pads. Set up appointment a week ago. Charged for Napa delivery. Hub caps weren’t put back on after returning vehicle. Glove box entered stuff on floor. 10% email discount wasn’t applied to bill after having notified. Don’t know if I’ll return!

I’m not happy with my visit. I was told to bring my vehicle in for a possible transmission issue, only to be told nothing was wrong and still charged a diagnostic fee. It doesn’t feel right to pay for an inspection that was recommended by the dealership and confirmed no issue. Very disappointing experience.
Service was fast, organized. Check in was easy, pick up was smooth.

The person that serviced my truck didnt rotate my tires. The person took it upon themselves to make a judgment call about the tires. I feel I should have been the one to make that call. I wasn’t even told about it. Got in my truck was reading invoice and seen the note. The tech should have come up front and notified me. The girl at the desk was excellent ????????
