The service employees Dan and Paul were fantastic. I am frustrated with the warranty company being so nit picky, they needed a diagnosis in order to provide me a rental but in order to diagnose the service tec needed more time to assess the car. This is to no one's fault it's just frustrating and seems a bit backwards to me.

My seats were not heating up so I asked for them to just see if something was unplugged or a fuse out. The switch lights still came on, just no heat. I picked it up and was told the switches are shorted out and need replaced. Now the lights on the switches won’t turn on. Triston offered to get the service person but I needed to get my kids from school so didn’t have time to resolve the issue.

Daniel did a good job but I had to bring the car back twice for items that needed to be taken care of after the recall repairs that I think should have been noticed after making the repairs (passenger seat belt light on/flashing and bell ringing and 2nd time the touch screen not on). Both got taken care of promptly for which I say thank you!
