The wait time was extremely too long two and half hours was too long to sit. I live in Canon City and do not know my way around Pueblo except to your dealership.

I arrived early for my appointment and was told they didn't have my part, I was not happy after waiting over 5 weeks. I had called for 2 recalls, the parts tech said he'd order the part and call me next week, I finally called back 3 weeks later, come to find out it was never ordered. The past finally came in and was scheduled an appointment, so when I was told they didn't have the part I was not happy. The technician came out and said they found one after a few minutes.
When I picked up my car I was told it was finished but there was no paper work available and was handed my keys, the technician just walked off.
NOT GREAT EXPERIENCE.
Dan was a nice guy. He was courteous and professional. I feel comfortable getting my truck serviced at Pueblo Toyota and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Excellent follow-up. I didn't realize they needed my tank to be empty to replace the fuel pump under a factory recall warranty. We'll be bringing it back in, but they quickly communicated that to me.

We received good service from Dan Proffer and Pueblo Toyota. My only concern was the difficulties in getting through to the service department over the phone. There wasn’t an efficient way to leave a message so they could call you back. Overall, my service was very good and we were happy.

Dylan was awesome. I tried one afternoon to call to find out the status of my vehicle but the ladies that answer the phone must have been on a coffee break. I tried 3 times and then finally got in my other Toyota and drove down to the dealership to find out the status of my repair. I didn't not appreciate having to drive down there because those ladies won't answer the phone. Dylan was great!!
