We waited for almost 5 hours for them to finish the routine maintenance check up of our car. Though the front desk clerk explained and apologized that there was a mixed up, still we waited too long at Pueblo. It was an inconvenient on our part.

It took 2 hours to rotate tires. That is ridiculous!

Carl was fine. However it took over two hours for your service department to do a routine inspection and tire rotation. Carl was very professional. I was polite but quite frustrated.
