My appointment was for 3pm did not get done till 5:20 much to long nothing offered for the inconvenience didn't even get a inspection sheet as I have in the past not cool. Put some one ahead of me for the same service that came in after I had been there before them. Very disappointed.

Three hours for a regular service, with appointment is much too long. Previous appointments have been one hour tops. Had a problem been discovered that would be different and I would appreciate that. Otherwise all good.

Everything seems fine, however, we needed a jump leaving Pueblo Toyota and the battery is dead again. I’d appreciate some feedback as to what the issue is. I realize the vehicle has been there a few weeks, but I trust you understand the frustration. We just received it back a couple hours ago and the battery has died twice.
