1) Unfriendly, non-communicative service manager — Daniel Proffer — especially when I brought the vehicle in at 7:30 (no greeting, no attempt to welcome me, etc.). 2) Daniel estimated a couple of hours for the work; when I phoned at 1:00 pm to find out the status, no one could/would give me an answer. I had to make special arrangements to get to an afternoon appointment because I wasn’t given a realistic estimate of the time required. 3) It turned out that your people had scheduled the work for a DIFFERENT vehicle that I once owned (an ‘05 Tundra) rather than the 2012 Tundra I currently own. 4) The billing dept failed to account for the $180 deposit I had already paid, so the invoice had to be redone. 5) The woman who took my money, etc. at checkout was very unfriendly; didn’t smile, didn’t apologize for all the errors, and didn’t thank me for my business, and let me walk away without saying a single word to me. ENOUGH SAID?
