My appointment was at 9:00. I went to see the status on the vehicle at 11:30. It was still in the cue waiting to be seen. I was there to see what the check engine light problem was. I sat another hour and a half before the code was checked. I sat there a total of 4 hours. I will not be a returning customer.

We were quoted $69.00 for the alignment by Bianca and was charged $89.00. I called 5/1/24 and left message for Bianca to call me back and never received a call back. The service was done on 4/30/24. My husband brought in my 2016 Toyota LC because I was serving as a juror for a trial.
