I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I dropped my truck off at 7:30am and my appt was at 8:30am. I hadn’t heard anything by 2pm so I called and was told it should be done I. About 30-45 minutes. I still hadn’t heard anything at 4pm so I called again and they were just pulling it out. There were notes on the receipt stating the safety features may not respond correctly because of the lift on my truck. I had this done 2 yrs ago on the same truck and was never told that information. The price was adjusted for the length of time it took which I appreciate but I’m honestly answering the question about satisfaction. The price adjustment did satisfy my dissatisfaction.
