Since you keep asking for my feedback:
When I dropped off my Tundra for service, I specifically requested that I did not want the engine and cabin filters replaced. Because:
1) to check/replace the cabin filter, everything needed to be removed from the glove compartment, and it never seems to get put back the same way.
2) the two mounting ears on the engine filter box had been previously broken off by Toyota, who flagged it for replacement. I had repaired it, but don't want it broken again. Besides, I had recently replaced the filter.
Later, I received a text with photos of both filters. When I questioned why they were pulled out (against my wishes) I was told that they were always checked as a service to the customer. I went ahead and said to replace the cabin filter since it was already removed, but it cost me $50+ to do something that I had specifically asked that it not be checked.
Next time, I would appreciate it if my request was honored. Guess I need to be more specific.
Otherwise, I was satisfied.

No communication from your staff!
I sat and waited for my vehicle for three and half hours! I was told my service for rotation of tires and a light fixture recall, would take one and half hour of work.
I waited for three and half hours and no one told me service department did not have the part and have to order it.
No one told me anything at all!
My tires do not appear to be
totated! No oil change was scheduled but they changed the 'next oil changes ticker on my windshield!? So did the change my oil without being scheduled or told?
My paperwork also states that the recall was for a floor mat causing interference with accelerateer?
Your staff noted that it was removed. Well the floor mat is still in the same position. Nothing changed but paperwork states different.
So now I am not certain if your staff truly knows what recall was suppose to be done and if they honestly rotated my tires.
Please explain this bad service experience from your location on 6 20/24 at 9:30am.

The young man that checked me in had wonderful customer service skills and I feel that not enough people possess that quality anymore. I greatly appreciated how respectful and helpful he was.
Triston Whitaker was very helpful when I was checking in my Vehicle to be serviced and also when my vehicle was done being serviced i think everyone in the Service Department are very helpful and very courteous to me
I had absolutely no dealings with Bianca **** so I don’t understand why I’m getting a survey regarding her. I dealt with a gentleman that I’ve never dealt with before and he was very nice and professional. My vehicle was completed within a timely manner and they addressed most of the issues, concerns I had. The person that called to confirm my appointment was Dixie, but I did not see her during my service time. If you’d like to talk to me further, you can call my phone number. But once again, I’m not sure why I’m receiving a survey on Bianca **** when I had absolutely no dealings with her . Thank you.
