Dan has always went above and beyond to help us out. This time was extraordinary as to the lengths he went to ensure I was taken care of. Also your customer service rep I can't recall her name but I wish I could because she was very helpful in helping me coordinate on how to get my vehicle back in time! Spent over 5 hours waiting. Perhaps this is not a negative reflection on your service, but we drive 6 hours round-trip from home, and this made for an 11+ hour day for service. We had to add front brake service to the normal items, but it still seemed like a long wait.

Apparently your service department was 1 technician short today. I completely understand, these things happen. I do not appreciate not giving the option to reschedule my appointment. My car was left in its original spit for an hour!!! I finally went up to the counter and was told about the shortage. It is very frustrating when one has appointments and counts on an on time appointment. Again , I understand but please please give your customers honesty and an option to reschedule before waiting an hour.
Fast and efficient thanks
I had to return as there was debris displaced from changing the cabin air filter that caused a loud noise when the AC was turned on. The service team got it fixed right away when I went back, but was slightly inconvenient to have to go back and get it taken care of. Would have hoped something like that would have been caught by the technician after putting in the new filter, but in the end, it was made right, just extra trip back and forth.
You were short one lube tech…plenty of other staff sitting around idly…how about cross training your staff to fill in the gaps when someone calls in sick?

I waited for two hours after the mechanic new they did not have the part to fix my truck. I was not happy.
