Triston is amazing! I arrived a few minutes early, and he had my car checked in quickly. He is always smiling and happy whenever I see him in the service area. His customer service skills are second to none. In less than 24 hours since my car was serviced I have told four people about the excellent care my car received and the courtesy I was shown. The service department is the area to cultivate repeat sales customers, and Triston excels at creating customer confidence and trust.

Tires were rotated after specifically requested not to. As they only had 200 mi on since new. Then they proceeded to falsely claim they had improper wear. They have zero wear as they are new. No diagnostic was provided like normal. Prior to we had rear shocks labor only quoted. Absolutely ridiculous more than 3x the cost as ALL other shops quotes. Labor was quoted at 350.00. 3 other reputable shops all quoted under 100. 00. This is NOT the first time. We will not be doing ANY more business with Pueblo Toyota and I will be contacting corporate as I am so tired of the attempted price gouging and piss poor service
Appreciate the work your team did to try and find the cause of noise coming from the back of my tundra. They worked their best to figure it out. Thank you for your efforts.

No surveys, please. I am still getting annoying texts from Sirus who thinks I bought a Highlander from your dealership, threatening to cancel a subscription I never had. I resent Toyota Pueblo pumping my contact information. I had texts and emails from people as far away as Romania trying g to sell me a car. If I do buy another Toyota, I’ll go to Colorado Sorings.

Bianca made the process quick and informed. She was friendly and professional. There was no lost motion. She completed working on the customer before me, she looked up, established eye contact indicating I was “next in line,” as she picked up the tablet and began looking for my name. After confirming the services I requested when I set up the appointment and my phone number when I said I would be going to breakfast instead of waiting, she wished me a “good time at breakfast” and we were done! I like that. It is good she was so quick because she called just as we left breakfast to tell us our vehicle was ready to go! Please convey our appreciation to her on a “job well done!”
