Every time my car is serviced there, I am never notified when the service is complete. I sit there waiting longer then I have to. Each time I have to go up and ask “ Is my car done yet?” Then, “Oh, yes it is.” All of the time. I have seen it happen to others that I am waiting with as well. What is the reason for that? Very poor experience.

I was charged $175 to determine if there was an engine problem from a "noise" I thought may have been from my engine, but no anomaly was observed and I was charged $175!! I was advised by service tech assigned to me there would be no charge. George M

I was given zero updates about what was going on with my truck. I went in for routine maintenance and to check out a light that was coming on my dash lights. 8 am appointment, at noon I finally get someone to check on my truck and all the maintenance was done but still running other tests on the light issue. Fed up I finally get my truck back 2 hours later, drive out of the parking lot and the light comes right back on. As I look at the receipt it says tire rotation was declined for lug nut concern, I was never asked about it or told about the concern, so basically the maintenance was not all completed. I know people get busy but if they aren’t going to rotate the tires, come tell me. If they finish the maintenance and the light looks like a bigger issue, come tell me. If I knew my “2 hour service” was gonna be 6 hours and still not done, I would’ve never bothered with it.

Service was done well and fast. Because of this service you did discover a problem with the oil level sensor. I willl be making another visit fix this issue.

You had my vehicle for 3 weeks to do 1.5 hour work on it. That’s ludicrous . Then the rent on car cost more than the repair!

Asked to rotate my spare, he hey dis not. Asked not to check the cabin filter as I just changed it, they pulled all stuff out of glove box and didn’t put it back correctly.

The parts hadn't been properly inventoried. I had to wait several hours for parts to retrieved from Colorado Springs and then installed.
