She took great care of keeping me updated. Resolved both issues (oil change service package, and sticking side sliding doors on my 2011 Toyota Sienna. Went the extra mile to help me reset my dash clock after the time change earlier this month, and showed me how to do it as well.

My camry threw all kinds of letters at me. I couldn't shut the car down, she let the service tech now right away and pulled my car in. It was just the battery and miscommunication within the car. I was kinda an emergency but she got me in right away. Thank you again Bianca.
