Triston was absolutely amazing! He is very personable with his customers. Although he was by himself at the desk,and was quite busy at times, he never seemed overwhelmed.

I had my vehicle in there for the entire day to check a water leak on the driver side headliner/a pillar. The techs said that they could not replicate the leak however after I left, I went to the car wash and 5 minutes after getting the vehicle washed I’ve again had a water spot develop in the exact same spot that I had advised them about. Now I get to rake it to another dealership and spend another day getting a problem fixed that should have been addressed

After paying over $50,000 for a vehile I have to pay for a navigation subscription? Really? 22000 miles and my brake rotors are warped and nocreason for it and no warranty coverage. Tires are wearing horrible and no warranty. I truly believe this will be my last Toyota. I have purchased 4 new Toyotas from you guys. I waited 8 months to get a 2nd key fob and Clark chewed me out for checking in early for my appointment. Really after paying $50k and one key fob for 8 months. I can go on, one simple appointment I waited 5 hours and then had to make another appointment. I can go on but there is no use. I'm going to go back to Mopars. Very unhappy with Pueblo Toyota.
