Throughly disappointed in the dealership. The tech confirmed that my seatbelt was defective. Ford Customer Service asked the dealership to use Customer Support Services to pay for the repair. The dealership chose not to even when they agreed it was a defect. The least they could have done is to lower or wave the diagnostic fee. It's not like the tech took apart the engine to figure out the seat belt was defective and needs replacing.

Nick and the whole team are great. I’ve been using them for 3 years on my fleet vehicle. I drive 40-50k miles a year and I’m a frequent flyer here. They are always extremely accommodating and manage to squeeze me in despite my hectic schedule. Thank you!
