Nick was able to figure out an issue my car has been having since I bought it over a year ago, another dealer kept putting a “band aid” on it. He knew what it was before I even brought in! I’ve never had such a great experience with a dealerships service department and that is saying a lot, I’ve worked for Ford myself. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an incredible experience today at Pettus Ford! In my 40+ years in customer service I've never seen so many employees talk with and check on their customers like they did there. They did it naturally too, and I noticed would even pause in their steps to listen for your answer. Delays were explained along with earnest apologies. With employees like that along with talking with fellow customers who stated they would drive out of their way to bring their vehicles there I can tell you with certainly that I will be back and will continue to use Pettus in the future as an example of the perfect combination of knowledge and customer service excellence.

Liz always takes care of us. Wouldn't go anywhere else with my vehicles. They always shoot straight with me and give accurate appraisals on the work before they do any repairs or maintenance. I tried getting a ballpark on when the other two recalls can be taken care of, and it does not seem to be something you know at the dealership level. I called Ford and that seems to be the case with them too. That is a frustrating experience.
