Drove my truck in to be looked at because of interment issue of a transmission noise. I was told by 2 other places it was a acuturo pump going bad. However Nick stated it just needed recalibrate. I thought great. Then he called back after they tried that and stated my transmission was fried and needed replaced. It took him more than a week to tell me hi git my warranty information. Long story short I feel like he destroyed my transmission and is taking no responsibility for his actions. If this is the way the dealership is ran I will be doing business elsewhere.
