$185 for each diag is ridiculous and was not explained to me when I made the appointment. The purge valve was diagnosed with the scanner and I said I would take care of that but the did a smoke test on it anyway and charged me $185 diag. They said it took them over an hour to do a smoke testing it but it only takes 5-15 minutes. They did a visual inspection on the sun shade for the sunroof and checked with the extended warranty if it was covered then charged me another $185 when I already told them what was wrong with it. I am planning on buying a truck this year but now will not be considering Pettus Ford for my purchase. After our first experience with Pettus we will make sure to let anyone looking for service or to purchase a vehicle not to go there. I'm also in multiple Ford car groups and will make sure to let everyone in the groups know not to go to Pettus. If someone would like to resolve this they can call me ****-****-xxxx.

We could not find a key drop box Had an appointment that day and had to be somewhere that morning before you opened Wouldn’t be back in time for the appointment So we left car on lot with keys in it No one looked for the car setting on lot
