Had an oil change at Pettus Ford De Soto and was thoroughly impressed, especially with their pickup and delivery service - a huge convenience. My advisor, Lizzy, was outstanding: knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly friendly. The service was quick, and the team made sure I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the process. Nick was responsive and the repair seems to be what was needed. I have a 1979 F150 that is more reliable and cheaper to operate than my 2013. The electronic additions to vehicles are expensive and prone to failure. I am hesitant to buy a new truck because they are getting worse.
