Nick is great. He was very detailed and listened to all my concerns got my vehicle serviced and back on the road in less than 24 hours, where all ford dealerships, closer to my home told me it’d be mid October, till they could run a diagnostic test.

First of all it's a bummer that I have to set up an appointment to get my transmission fluid checked. I go in for the Ford transmission recall and you have no time to check my training fluid. I had to go somewhere else to have it checked and yes it was low!!! Multi-point inspection is a joke. I was looking to trade in my truck while I was there but it seemed like nobody was interested in even selling me one, maybe I should have worn a better shirt that day. I'm very disappointed/unsatisfied, I will not leave a review but hopefully you recognize you list this customer.
