Pettus Ford in De Soto was great to deal with. Lizzy at the service desk was very kind and was able to get me in 2 days after calling to make an appointment. They were able to update my transmission quickly and I was able to pick up my truck the very next day. They were very appreciative of my notes I left and made my truck shift like new again. I will definitely be returning to Pettus Ford! Thank you.

Lizzy was awesome. She kept me informed of my cars progress. I wasn’t aware that they would bring my car to my home when it was done. I wasn’t aware trying to get a ride to pick it up and Lizzy said we can bring it to me. That’s was great for me. Thanks again

Technician could not duplicate an obvious fault in the suspension that I can feel anytime I drive my vehicle after a test drive. I was offered an opportunity to go back and have the technician drive with me to show him what I am experiencing

Everything about DeSoto ford is amazing. I trust the service department with my life. My last car the mechanic wouldn't let me drive off the lot bc it was unsafe. Lizzy is always 100%. Keep your saff if you want to keep customers running back!
