Everyone was was very courteous and professional excellent service anytime we come in that’s why we continue to have our car serviced at the DeSoto location, we have always had a great experience with the intire staff.

After paying $175 to have steering diagnosed we were never told why the steering wheel won’t move when it’s cold. Even though after it warms up the steering wheel moves and is drivable. Only solution was to replace rack and pinion gear and reprogram the electronic rack and pinion. Why does it only work when it’s warmer temperature?

I appreciate the valet service, but I like doing things the old fashioned way. It felt weird having my car picked up and dropped off. I like being able to speak face to face to the technician about my vehicle. I’m not sure if I’ll use the valet service again. There are no complaints about the drivers, it’s just strange to me.
