Thank you for the updates when called upon and thank you for being a quality repair/service center. With his vehicle very poor set up on the oil pan. I think this makes three or four times. It’s been changed since I’ve owned it in the last three years I’ve dealt with schism Ford a total joke. I dealt with Laura Ford two years ago pretty good service since then. Total joke I dealt with Nick so far excellent communicates well there’s a real good job. Very impressive.

I just requested an emission inspection (under 150,000 miles & not over 10 yrs old). On arrival, was told it might need a safety too and the mechanics would let me know. When done, was told "all good". I paid and went straight to licenseoffice. At the license office the employee noticed that I have a failed safety inspection and passing emissions. She says? I don't even need a safety (like I thought). Luckily, she dismissed the safety and used the emissions and I have my new stickers. Although, I should not have received or paid for the safety inspection. Ultimately, I should have noticed when I paid.
