I was very pleased with the work down on my Ford SUV. I would recommend anyone else coming to you for that. You know if they need work done because I was I mean it was a surprise to me about what it was. I didn’t know. I really probably wouldn’t have done anything. If my son had it let me know that he also heard it, but I’m glad that you took care of it. I want to thank Nick, especially for putting up with me And my phone calls to him over and over and over again. I know we couldn’t we were not getting in contact with each other. Something was going wrong with the phone, but we finally did get in touch. Everything went fine and I appreciate the work he put out for and everything so again thank you Pettus Ford for taking care of my automobile.

Liz and Nick were great to work with. However I was in regarding an issue with my vehicle repeatedly going into conservation mode regardless of miles driven. A few months back Pettus replaced the 12 v battery which proved to remedy the problem only briefly as my ford pass messages will document. For example, I drove the vehicle approximately 250 miles to Pettus and the battery checked out at only 43% charged when I arrived today. Matt ran the diagnostics and charged the battery and stated that was all he could do without keeping the vehicle for 2 days. I can’t afford to not have a vehicle for 2 days and I am near the end of my 36K mile warranty. (35834K miles)Seems to me that it is very evident that there is a problem either charging or a drain on the battery. Having it looked at twice under warranty without any resolution is troubling. I have been very happy with Pettus service to date But would appreciate if Pettus can do anything to help with this issue? Please respond. Thank you

Lizzie did an excellent job keeping me posted and doing her hardest to get what I needed. From now on she's the only one that I want to talk to when I need vehicle service. That being said, $185 an hour labor rate is extreme. And I can't believe the part that I need costs as much as it does although she found me one for an acceptable price. Thanks lizzie.
