This was the second time that my scheduled appointment was not transferred to the coordinator. Despite my getting text messages to confirm the appointment, for whatever reason it was lost. I had the day marked off and rescheduled errands and appointments to have the maintenance completed on my car. The pickup scheduled for 9:45 am, was a no show on their end. I called the service dept at 12:05 pm and there was no record of the scheduled pick up. It would have been nice to at least been offered some compensation for the inconvenience (again for the second time). But there was no offer made. I do have to add that everyone was very friendly.

Nick is awesome he got my vehicle towed in and called me back and told me exactly what was the problem and he got it fixed and now I'm very happy to get it back on the road I want to thank Nick and the staff for everything that they have done and also thank you for the guys to deliver the vehicle to my house with no problems thank you all at Pettus Ford James

Your service department is second to none, they are quick to accommodate even when the reservation made on your Ford Ap allowed me on the schedule but when I arrived I was informed that the Ford Ap never works as advertised, I dont understand why Ford don’t have the knowledge to fix this issue.
