I was never informed of the status of my car after calling once and sending a message I was told I would receive a returned phone call about it and I never did. I had to call again a week later and I asked for a copy of exactly what was removed and done to my car and when my husband went to pick the car up she said she accidentally printed off the wrong paper and would email us a copy of exactly what was done with my car that I still have not received!

Service desk is very nice. I am just not happy because I requested over the phone they checked all my tires. I told them that the back right also had a slow leak it just wasn't as bad as the front right. When I bought the car in mid June of this year, I requested new tires because they would need to be replaced within the year. They didn't do it. So now I've been dealing with slow leaks from the tires that I wanted replaced and weren't replaced. The front left tire has what looks like a screw in it. My son was born 2 months early and we've been having to drive an hour every day to see him in the NICU. I don't feel like these tires are adequate or safe for that, considering everything. Today they told me I need new tires soon. I'm frustrated because I don't have $1,300 to spend on new tires with a newborn baby in the NICU (I know it will be around that because my BIL just got his replaced - same year and model). I had requested them replace my tires when I originally bought the car and now I'm having to deal with the worry and stress of airing up my tires and worrying about the front right potentially blowing out when they should've given me tires in the beginning. I don't really have the time to keep coming back for each individual tire either. Also they didn't even air up the others to match the tire they patche, so they're completely uneven when driving.

Lizzy was very accommodating as we are here on vacation. She kept us abreast of when parts arrived the timeline for the work that was being done. She called when work was completed and even gave us some suggestions on local attractions and activities in the area. Very happy and impressed with ll Iizzy

Service has not been completed but should be completed tomorrow. I have been given a very nice loaner vehicle in the meantime. Lizzy has always been very helpful. Sometimes things happen that are no one’s fault and that just complicates matters. Keeping me informed about the delay makes it easier to understand the situation.

I took my truck in for a recall and to check the engine light that comes on every once in while. The light is currently not on. This has been on going for a year. I received a text stating that my timing was off and it would be $5600. This was very frustrating since I had this same thing fixed in 2022. When I went to pick up my truck, I asked if the recall was fixed. Lizzy very rude telling me I didn’t have a recall. I told her I did. She kept telling me I didn’t. I asked her why I receive a message monthly telling me I do. She then went inside and came out and told me they can’t complete the warranty since the engine light is on, which it is not. I’ve used Pettus for all my maintenance, but I am very displeased how this played out, and how a service I paid almost 6k for didn’t last two years.
