There was a lack of communication, I heard from him a few times but it was me writing to see what was going on. There was a whole week that he was on vacation that I had no communication from anyone and it wasn’t until I called to see what was going on that I was told that nick was on vacation and no one else was working on my vehicle. There have been a lot of unsatisfactory thing that have happened. I picked up my Vehicle today and the alignment is off now. I have called and left a message but I would think when it was test drove this morning that it would have been noticed. Very disappointed in the service that was given during the month you had my vehicle.

I was never notified when my vehicle's service was completed. My question over the text message system was never answered. No one told me what was actually completed on my vehicle. The delivery driver got lost was late. The service desk closed before my vehicle arrived. When the delivery driver called me she had the wrong address. When she finally arrived, she did not apologize or offer any explanation or provide any more information on the service.

Love Nick, he reminded me that I had purchased Warranty , which covered much of my bill. Liz is so personable, feel like she has my best interests at heart. Woman who delivered my vehicle to my home, was also very friendly and helpful. Love the free pick up and delivery of vehicle.
