Literally a dozen text, calls, VM with no response over 10 days. I love the vehicle but will unlikely commit to another Genesis next year because of the unacceptable, unprofessional, poorly run service department. What’s worse despite the quality of the vehicle, in good conscience I cannot recommend it to anyone. My physician colleagues are your target audience.

I was dismayed that the texts misidentified our vehicle. We did appreciate the many levels of communication. No loaner car was left despite my request at the time of booking. Service was on time.
She is very professional and efficient!
She was responsive and helpful from the start to the end.
The sun roof is still ratting it the shade not the roof it self. Now so more since the tracked where greased and the tech got finger print on the headliner

The issue is not resolved. It is very disappointing that after 25 days, the vehicle has the same issue. The vehicle diagnostic showed the same issue on 3rd January, still the vehicle was delivered claiming it was fixed. I was
Naive to assume and trusted and didn’t check.
After couple of hours, I took out the vehicle
And same issue appeared.
Lawrence was excellent and his communication was timely. It was a pleasure working with him.

Liz is so welcoming and friendly! Honestly the only friendly face in that service area.
I had to wait for almost 7.5 hours to have my car's ICCU software updated for the safety recall. Genesis of San Bruno should have offered a rental car for me to use during the repairing time. I had been told that my car interior would be cleaned also, but I found some stains on the seats still.
Finally, I should have been offered discount vouchers for future services or parts replacement as a compensation for my 7.5hours waiting time.
Elizabeth is an excellent service. Elizabeth and George are reason we make the two hour trip from Rio Vista
I had a horrible experience initially before Elizabeth took over. I was with another individual and they held my car without for over a month without contact. I would try to contact without an answer. Once Liz took over I got what I needed and she was very helpful.
