We need an EV Tech in my home area (Richmond, Ca), so I don't have to drive more than 30 miles to get my service. It took me 1.5 hours to get there!
I was told no rental cars were available and that they were booked out 30 days for them. When I made the appointment, it would have been nice to learn that a rental car would not be available.

However, I couldn’t help but feel concerned that only the two of them were handling the entire Genesis section. I saw firsthand how tirelessly they worked, without a single free moment. It’s an incredibly demanding job, and their dedication deserves either a significant bonus or additional staff to help manage the overwhelming stream of clients.
