The greeter was terrific, kind and helpful. The advisor provided poor customer service, not helpful, seemed too busy to help customers. However, the worst aspect was she specifically told me I would receive a customer survey, and if I did not give her a score of 10, then don’t fill it out, an egregious response.
You turned my headlights off. I have them set to always on so I never think about it. I want them that way. Don’t change my settings.
Overall I am satisfied my only comment is if you have an appointment it should not take five hours. That's why we make appointments.

Not happy at all. First visit service not done after 1 1/2 hourcwait. 2nd return visit after waiting 6 hours I was told part needed for recall was not ordered car was not fixed. AFTER 6 HOURS. Took them a 1/2 hour alone to bring me my car. They brought wrong car. I had to go look and find my own car. That was Tuesday the 30th. I was told they would call when part arrives. No call yet. Worst service department ever.
I liked how she helped the customers in way customers can back for maintenance. My experience with the dealership was interesting.
