The Service that was completed was excellent but there were two open issues/questions that I had that weren’t answered because too late in the day in a a Friday.
I wait for 2 month for the part and the appointment the control for the window and one inside panel
This the 6 time going back for.the same at the end they order the wrong part for the control window i lose again my day and they order again the part i.will need to wait again will be 7 time for the same problem almost 15 months to fix something..

George was great and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. My one comment is that it was very difficult to reach the service center by phone. The phone system did not put me in hold to wait for someone it went straight to voicemail.
