Leryssa at Hyundai was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, communicative, and made the process of getting my car repaired much less stressful. I especially appreciated that she remembered details from my previous visit—it made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another appointment. She kept me informed throughout the process and was always pleasant and easy to talk to. Great customer service and a joy to work with.

The employees do not seem very enthusiastic about helping the clients that walk in. I am not saying of Madison. Overall felt that they ignore you when you arrive and every time I have been to this service center, I had to stare and give eye contact to get assistance. I always come with an appointment. I was told I had to pick my car up by 5 pm when I arrived but in the past was able to come by 5:30pm. I did not feel the level of service was that good. Mediocre is all I can say if I had to use one word.
