Car given late and had to return again next day
Friendly service, took exactly the estimated time.
Not at all, the emergency (parking) brake that was supposed to be fixed, does not work, and they put a big scratch on my left fender! We need to address these issues immediately.

I was very happy with the overall service and by Elizabeth's professionalism
Elizabeth is terrific. Problem seems to be overbooking so that I am booked for 9 am appointment, arrived at 8:30. Car not taken into shop until nearly 12:00. Work was swift so I was on my way by 1pm but that was a long, long time in the waiting room and I lost a whole morning. Even so, your dealership is best by far of the other two in the Bay Area. Elizabeth is a winner; be sure no company lures her away!
Elizabeth was amazing and super nice! She was prompt with checking in my Elantra. She was very knowledgeable with the services that were needed and explained to me what they meant. Her communication was excellent and clear and she set expectations so I know when to expect my car back. Again, I want to emphasize the Amazing service I received from Elizabeth!
Irving is the best. His attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and very open communication makes bringing my car in a very easy and memorable experience.

I still waiting for my reply to be repaired.. took in on May the 6th, and was told that the auto shop doesn't have the part and that I would get a Al call when it comes in and I'm still waiting..
John was super professional. Service was completed timely and the car was vacuumed and cleaned. Great work team!
