I have been taking my car to this dealership for my services and have referred 4 family members to it aswell. Today I came back sooner than my usual service time due to noticing my oil light flashing. When I had called in advanced and was told I can bring my car in to have it checked out . Based on the assessment done by the technician i was told their was a hairline crack on my oil pan and it was likely done the last time my oil was changed. When I was told I had to pay for replacement of the part I was dissapointed. How can I receive a phone call telling me it was most likely broken during the last oil change yet I have to pay for it to be fixed due to wear and tear . I told the manager on the line do not do anything and just leave the car as is and I’ll take the car elsewhere Upon arrival I realized they did the oil change which is pointless since the oil will still leak out and I was required to pay for the oil change. Then the girl who was charging me at the end was absolutely rude and talked to me in a condescending manner. Do better !
Thank you. Yes, Kevin was great and we will constantly bring our cars for service even though there are other Hyundai service departments closer to where we live.
I bought my 2023 Hyundai tucson back in March and I took in for driver seat repair the Leather Started Separate . Al.so Engine Had loss of power when pressing on gas I called Leo my sale Is adviser ,He director me to kevin in service he was great took care of me .service department has great Poeple working there they are why I will always return. Over all the whole Dealership they care about the poeple that walk in its great to go somewhere and everyone Recognize you and this why this dealership #1 in my book thankyou all see you in the new year.

The wait and hold times are unacceptable. Never have I waited 48 min to talk to service advisor about status of my vehicle. 48 the first time and ove 30 min the second. I drove down there and all 3 service persons were on their computers and not on the phone. Very disappointing
Nothing specific to Joseph, but possibly a number system or automated check-in for those with appointments would be helpful.

It would help to fax or email the final charge sheet to cashier when service is completed so as not to have to wait for charges at service desk

Kevin was prompt and explained the process well. He also helped me out by leaving my keys with the sales department since I could not pick up the car by the time the shop closed
