The service took me 3 and 1/2 hours just for the simple oil changed and filter replacement I'd even scheduled an early appointment at 8 am and left almost around noon

I really do appreciate the service I received from Saul Mejia and Joey, who has helped me in the past for as many years as i've had my two different Sonatas. What I love about these gentlemen, they know me by name whenever I call. This is great customer service and makes me feel i'm appreciated. I may meet with a sales Reps once or twice, but the service department is what makes me stay loyal to a dealership.

I have been to two other Hyundai dealerships and after having been to yours, I refuse to go elsewhere. I almost always have dealt with Joey and he is exactly what I expect from my experience. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I refer everyone to this dealership mostly because of him.

There were a couple of places(outside) that there was trash. Also the customer bathrooms were out of order as was the drinking fountain.
