First time in this dealership Sophia told me it will take 2 hrs & check evaluation Nothing special but thankful for taking care of recall for my 2024 Santa Fe Will wait for the call if parts came in I was just wondering why I hve to bring my car if the dealership knows they dnt hve the parts for the recall of the vehicle I think its counter intuitive to let the owner of the vehicle bring the car just to key them know you dnt hve the part for the recall Englighten me the logic of it Thks for your time
Sofia was very nice but the part needed to take care of the recall was defective, so I still need to come back and take care of what I came for.

Kevin was excellent and professional and was very nice! However, I was very disappointed about the wait, my appointment was at 7 and did not get out until 10am. All the people that got there at the same time were gone by the time my vehicle was completed. The main complaint is that the package I paid for, included a car wash and they did not wash my vehicle. I returned to the counter and the guy that was there said, they could wash it but it would take longer so at this time I was already in a hurry and upset

Job well done, but I am a widow living on a budget.$1300+ is too much,so I doubt if I will return.
She was very accommodating and when I had a problem with ny engine she explained everything clearly and why was it needed attention. She raise her concern and it was fixed.
