Unfortunately, my car was kept for several days, and I was not notified that there was a delay (since a part had to be ordered for the recall) I had no car and was not offered the option of a rental. Later, they informed my boyfriend I could have rented a car and been reimbursed. Instead, I shared my boyfriend’s car all week. It was extremely inconvenient for him, and for me. I was told the service could be done in one day, and it would have been great to be notified about the progress of the vehicle, and options for transportation. I went out of pocket $144 to get the car towed to the dealership, and have yet to be reimbursed. My boyfriend had to take an Uber to pick up the car, and had to spend $51, and was told there is a phone number he can call to ask about it, which just makes more work for us. This recall was Hyundai’s fault. It was very scary driving the car, and it was imperative to get done. I could have lost my life or endangered someone else’s life. So far going to cardinal hyundia for my suv Tucson service, it’s been a great experience. The crew is very helpful and knowledgeable to each customer, and there cars. This is my third Hyundai and I love it.
Most awful experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. You damaged the electrical system of my car doing a recall repair, then pretended it came in that way. Your own “multi point inspection” report says different. Incompetence and predatory business practices. You should be ashamed.
