We didn’t understand how there were four service advisors all sitting at their desk and we got there and none of them helped us. We sat there for over 15 minutes before Joey actually helped us. We thought this was a little bit ridiculous but Joey was helpful and our car was done fairly quickly.

An impromptu meeting slowed the service and the system that provides the results of the multi point inspection was down.

I told the service advisor to reset the Interval for the service . Even after being told he never did it this is the second time I brought my car in and that it was not reset and my numbers were off when it came to frequency of oil changes . By not doing this my blue link was off on the interval.
