Recall not completed/started
Spent extra on more expensive oil change but windshield wiper fluid and brake fluid not topped off
Took Uber to and from waiting for service to be completed, but now must come back again for original recall service to be started
My service advisor Kevin was very communicative and friendly. He provided great service. I will be returning in the future and he will be my advisor moving forward.
When making my appointment online I noticed an email address that does not belong to me. I mentioned this when checking in with my representative and was told the correct email address is on file. I confirmed the email he read to me, and then pointed out that my last name was spelled incorrectly. I was told it was fixed, but still received texts addressed to my last name, still spelled incorrectly. Not a big deal. When picking up my car, I sat there for an additional 20 minutes after signing for my car while the rep waited to confirm whether my keys were in the car or not. It’s concerning that they didn’t know where my keys were and had no urgency.

My biggest issue with Hyundai has been that they promise more than they can give. It’s not the employee's fault. It’s trickle down from corporate. I will never purchase or lease a vehicle from Hyundai again.
However, the gentlemen I worked with seemed to be trying their best within a truly broken system.

I came to pick up my car, started it and the warning light I brought it in for was already on. If anyone had been paying attention, they would have seen this. The car still needs to be repaired.
I am tired of computer generated texts that have no basis in reality; what information , and being from my service guy, when in fact they are apparently from a computer which has no knowledge of what has happened or is happening to my car.
I always feel confident bringing my car to you. Thanks for the consistent service and for keeping me informed along the way
When i arrived it took 25 minutes utes for me to meet with the service rep and there was only one person ahead of me.Then when I picked up my vehicl I was told it was already washed and to wait at the bottom of the ramp for it. I waited 15 minutes and decided to look at the new vehicles and my car was sitting in the lot and had not been washed. I had to go back to the service area to tell them my car was sitting in the lot. Jonathan offered to wash it himself but I declined cause I did not want to wait any longer. There seemed to be a lot of confusion or miscommunication.
Love this service department. Always on top of it and they take care of my car in a timely manner. Kevin Molina is the best.

Had a scheduled appt with you guys yesterday 07/29, I was helped by Matthew, who said they would keep me posted throughout the day about my car. I came at 8am, told him what I needed for my car, left about 30 min later and not once did I get a call the whole day, when he finally texts me at 06:05pm saying my car was ready, I felt rushed because there was no update prior and rush hour going there. I paid, and didn’t get a physical invoice copy because I know yall close at 6:30pm or at least someone is there. I also noticed I didn’t get a carwash which was part of the package I got in my maintenance. Been a customer since 2013 and for the last 4 services with you guys, I haven’t at all been satisfied or happy with the overall experience with my car, and quite frankly I might stop coming to you guys. I spent $1,000+ to feel like I been put on the back burner!!! Sorry but do better, please
Every staff member is very nice and helpful. There is another Hyundai dealership closer to home, but I still always choose to come to this one.
