Vehicle - I have no idea as I don't own or drive it. I guess I do technically own it, but I was just the co-signer. I have requested multiple times to have all this sent to the actual owner/driver....which is Debbie Diggs-Hughes. She has also requested several times, but everything keeps coming to me. Please change this.

The report said they added air in my tires when they didn’t. They kept my center console open. Didn’t receive a report on what needed to get service done in the future such as tires conditions , fluids conditions , or any other conditions I need to keep an eye on for the near future.

I found scuff marks on the interior panel of driver door after master window switch replacement.
You need better coordination with customer that show up with appointments. I confirmed with a customer they had a later appointment I had 8 am and the customer had 9:30am. Please hold accountable managers that are supposed to train their team on how to expedite and coordinate incoming customers.
I lashed out at the service adviser who helped me but quickly realized that it’s you management team that I should be upset with. The service tech did the best they could do and was calm and professional. I applied for my behavior as it is not his fault his team leader doesn’t have a better efficient way of checking in customers with appointments
