Greg is helpful and kind. He kept me updated about ongoing service changes/pricing and listened to my concerns. My only frustration is that my car was recently in the shop (maybe a week ago or less) and there were additional problems that surfaced right away resulting in an additional inspection charge when I came back in. But I understand that the issues that came about are not something mechanics usually check in a routine maintenance inspection, and I don’t think there’s anything Greg could’ve done to prevent that from happening. I appreciated his support during the service I received.

The service was quick and thorough. Jose was great. The only downside of the whole experience was that my 7:30am appointment was done before they put the cookies in the waiting area. ????

No fault of Jenna's:
Had service today on my 2024 sienna at the express. My tires were at 40psi when they came in for service and requested, they stayed at 40psi. Service agent said tires were left at 40 but they were dropped to 35 psi. Now I have to take time out of my day to get them back to 40psi. I am not happy. Smart Toyota service integrity is questionable now; what else did Toyota do or not do even though they said they did? Please follow up with me on how this will get addressed.

I can’t say enough about Jenna! She is friendly, personable, and respects each of her customers. She makes time to answer questions, no matter how big or small. And she explained any situations in an easy to understand way. She also goes out of her way to make sure that each customer feels they’ve got her full attention and to make sure that she’s taking special care of them. I appreciate that Jenna understands my goals for each visit and helps me obtain them so that my car is kept in good condition and is safe to drive. I literally trust Jena with my life.

many of the agents speak very quickly and not distinctly
it is difficult to understand what is being said and it is necessary to
ask to have a repeat. this also makes me feel rushed and pressured
