You do not need to contact me. I’ll explain here. I was expecting a short appointment because the person with whom I spoke when making the appointment said that all I needed was a tire rotation and check of fluid levels. When I’d been seated inside for half an hour, Vincent came and told me the car needed an alignment that would take one hour, so until 3 pm. I said fine. At 3:35 I went to the desk to ask what was going on. The person who checked said my car was up on the rack. At 3:50 pm Vincent called me to the desk and said the car could not be aligned because the arms needed to be replaced. I said he had not let me know that the wait would be extended by so long. He apologized in a rather perfunctory way.

The scheduling app does not work. Directions on where to take the car upon arrival were not clear. Staff once I got scheduling and arrival settled were excellent.
