I'm very happy with the service provided, but unhappy regarding the cost increase of the Maintenance Service Plan. We own 2 Toyota Camry Hybrids, a 2022 and a 2018 (we've owned Toyotas since 2000). We'd previously purchased a Plan for the 2022. When we last had the 2022 car serviced on May 1, 2024, I discussed a Plan for the 2018 that was priced at $299 and was told I could easily wait and buy at the same price of $299 on the 16th when the 2018 was going to be serviced. When I brought the 2018 in I noticed the price was now $349 and was told no one knew anything about the price increase 15 days ago as it was fixed by Toyota and not Smart Motors and that Smart Motors could do nothing about the fact that I was misled by the person who checked me out. I ultimately paid the $349 for the Plan for the 2018, but I really dislike the "bait and switch" effort by Toyota and Smart Motors.
She was amazing. Checked me in quickly and conveniently. Kept in contact throughout the day, and made checkout simple and stress free. I will strictly use her for all of my service appointments going forward.

Eric was great—no complaints with his service. Only complaint is when they reset my maintenance dashboard they didn’t return it to the previous setting. Not sure how to get it back.

We greatly appreciated that the service center accommodated our need to evaluate the condition of our 2010 Prius after encountering a road hazard on I-90 about 30 miles north of Madison. Within 2 hours we got the evaluation and assurance that we could continue our trip which required 4 more hours of travel to Central Illinois. We made it. Now we can address the repair of the damage done to the underside of the car.

Jacob did a great job but I have the same complaint I have had for 25 years with your oil change procedure. If they turn the headlights off auto they need to turn them back ON! I go to work in the dark and few cars on the road but only realize the headlights aren’t on when someone flashes the lights at me. I don’t understand why this continues to be ignored?
