I asked them to fill out my book and they didn't do that. I also needed a cover on the twister where you put air in your tires and they didn't do that.

No need to call me. There was a number 3 magnetic sign left on the top of my car plus a black plastic part left inside the car. I will return the sign and ask for service on where the plastic part should go. Not sure when I will get out there again.

Noticed that one front tire was inflated to 51# and was supposed to be at 35#. All 3 others were within 5# of where they should have been

Eric and his team were great. Eric took the time to clarify my misunderstanding of oil change intervals for my Venza. I had no idea oil changes were recommended every 10k miles. I thought it was every 5k.
