It took a whole day before any looked at the car. I guess you were busy. Not once they got to the car good service was provided.

I really loved the new texting and reporting tools. I could show my partner the video from the mechanic themselves so we both had the same information. My service representative was really nice and helpful. I wish smart motors could pay for a day bus pass and information to get to different places during the wait. Not every household had two cars so I took the bus home. I didn't realize that you wouldn't. I kind of expected it since you have a shuttle service and surely bus passes are cheaper to provide. I got it all figured out and it's all okay, I just want people to have this available to not be stuck in an emergency.

Unfortunately, after repeated requests at Smart Motors since we bought the vehicle 18 months ago to change my email to I won't receive the survey. Your choice!
Jesse never ordered our part needed. I had to call after 3 weeks to find out what was happening. Someone had to help get the part ordered and my follow up visit scheduled. Once there, the part was incorrect, so they had to reorder the part. Now there is a mark on our sun roof cover that I will need to scrub off due to this service.
