Eric was wonderful. Professional and polite.
Eric was great! Informational and personal! This was my first time at this Toyota to get my car serviced and will be coming back because of Eric.
Easy to work with, gave updates. Great service!
Jesse was great to work with.
The last two service appointments at Smart Toyota the hood on my vehicle was not latched, causing me to pull over and close the hood. Other than that, completely satisfied with all aspects of the service appointment.
Her communication was excellent, I appreciate her keeping me informed.
He was kind and took time with me
Done on a timely basis. Good communication
David always focuses on ensuring the highest level of customer care and experience. I wouldn’t take our Toyota Land Cruiser anywhere else.
I had to wait for service completion. Luckily there was coffee and cookies. Paul was great, explained everything. The car service ended with a car wash which was needed.
I’m just being honest not complaining, but when you changed from a assigned bay for oil changes that seemed to work better than pulling up to any bay especially if a bay door or two are open on the side that you pull into.
I understand that you would like to sell air and cabin filters, but to pull out a clean set and present them to me seemed like a waste of time. My last oil change the technician said that they were marked with a yellow check mark, that worked good. Last on the multipoint inspection someone put stuff in my glove box and turned off my day time running lights, flipped up my back seat.
Thanks again for your professional team just not into changes like these.
Good communication skills. Friendly and professional.
Smart Toyota personnel exceeded my expectations in every way! My car was completed sooner than expected and was impressed with staff courtesy, knowledge and communication.
Thank you,
Christopher H

When I got home, I noticed that the headlights were not the same brightness. The right one was very dim. I looked under the hood, and could see that the right headlight was not seated properly. Such that it was not shining out the lens properly, and thus very dim. I removed it and reseated it properly. I realize that the right headlight is harder to insert, due to a short wire in the wiring harness, and the cramped area to get one's hand in. But the guy who did it, Lance Bauer, should have done it correctly, and did not.
I think the error of installing the right side headlight wrong comes from inexperience. I could see on the closed garage door that the left headlight made light on the door, but not the right headlight. Lance should have noticed the big difference in intensity. Yes, there was some light coming from the right side, but it was not being focused by and through the lens. If he had noticed this, and not known what to do to fix it, he might have asked someone else for help. I fixed it and seated the bulb properly. I know that the right side is harder to get in correctly, because I've done it before. As I mentioned, the wIre from the wiring harness is just a bit short, so it's got to be seated just so, or it won't go in. My hand barely fits in there. Someone with a larger hand would need to dismantle parts that are in the way. The whole reason I brought it to Smart today is because the right bulb is hard, so I thought, "Why not let the pros do it?"
