I noticed people coming in after me were getting there car and that was happening for my car was a tire rotation, I decided tovaskbwhatvwas going on. Apparently the computer said it was done, but there was nonoaperwork. The attendant went outvtovthe bay to see where cwas. He cane back, and it was in a slot behind his desk. No apology just pointed to my car. I open the door to my car and there is a ted cloth on the driver seat. I knocked on overhead door to return it and they open the door just high enough to grab it. I turned to leave and notice the tire pressure warning light was on. They backyed up the car back into the bay. Topped all the tires. The guy was nicecabout it. But after all this, there was never an apology for wasting my time, making me wonder about the quality if work after leaving the Red cloth behind. Sorry. I was left with a bad taste today. I know you are better than what I saw today.

1. The mileage recorded was the pre-set target for maintenance. The actual odometer reading was 3,000 miles less than that. The intake person was reading the wrong odometer setting. 2. When I arrived, the tire pressure light was not on. When I left the light was on. For some reason, I guess no one thought to check the tire pressure when they did the rotation.

I requested to have my tires looked at and added air because my car told me that it needed air and it was never done. They claimed to have rotated my tires, but I’m not sure if that actually happened. I had to get air in my tires before I went home And one of the tires was at 29 pounds not satisfied with the service.

Not to worry, I have only praise for how well this was handled. I also really appreciate your inspection concept and the way the initial assessment is handled and your software allows for revision and additions that automatically feed in to the total bill, all by text communication.
