My service took longer than expected but it was no trouble for me. Alyssa kept me apprised every step of the way and I was given a loaner to drive, so I was not inconvenienced at all.

Not completely. Tyler was very helpful in informing us that our maintenance plan had expired. Having purchased the car at Smart we were sold a maintenance plan with 5 tire rotations and 2 oil changes. We were quoted $125 for oil change, $150 with the rotation. A bit overpriced. We won’t be coming back. Tyler was quite good though.

Factory recommended maintenance included spark plug replacement at 40k miles. I noticed on the bills that this service was noted as declined (by me) and the fee was not charged. I just wanted to comment that I did not have any discussions about deferring this activity and would still like to follow through on it so the car co tinues to be maintained to the recommended specifications. I also did not receive any coupons after having signed up for the 2-year, 5 visit maintenance plan as was indicated on the brochure i was provided.

Mi carro en la cita lo deje a las 1:25 pm y empezaron el mantenimiento a las 2 y 35 mas de 1 hr esperando mientras veía que otros clientes llegaban después de mi y luego los llamaban qué sus autos estaban listos y luego solo la revisión y cambios de mi carro tomo 20 minutos demasiado tiempo de espera

Alyssa was amazing, easy to work with and went above and beyond to help me make the most of my warranty services to aid in my repairs in addition to being so understanding by offering a loaner to help a busy parent get their kids to and fro in the meantime. I’m so appreciative of her and of Smart services in general. We intend to be clients for life!
