Process was quick and straight forward. Was happy to hear everything I need fixed was fixed.
It was disappointing that just getting a diagnosis would cost $200. I decided to not have it looked at.
It took about 2.5 hours to get my oil changed over two days. Such a giant waste of my time. I still don’t understand why I had to come back a second day. When I did come back the second day I was told about 30 minutes in they had the filter off but then it took another 45 minutes to get my car. How is that possible?
I brought my car in at 9 am, received no follow-up at all (until 3 pm) on when my car would be ready or on what was the status on my report of a serious window defect that had caused a driving hazard in pouring rain (the rain drained improperly while I drove and obscured my sight through the driver’s side window as well as my sight of the rear view mirror).. I called in twice, but finally got a text at 3 pm saying not to worry, they will let me know when my car was finished. At 4:21 I received a text saying my car was ready. Did it take that long to change the oil and rotate the tires? Because…When I asked about the window hazard, I had a 20 -30-minute unhelpful discussion with both Mallory & Sean Gibson basically saying that the problem only exists if I can prove it…and that I could bring it in (I.e., drive 3 hours) when it rains. No way to report it as a defect. Further, re: the tire inflation dash light that was staying on….it was on again today, despite my asking whether it was checked. Just 5 days after you “checked” and rotated the tires. I took my car to a tire service provider in Crivitz. All tires were low: 29 pounds. They added air to 35 pounds. The dash light went off.At this point, I’m not sure you could do much more to cause me to lose any more faith in your service department.
Your technicians ran on time, followed planned instructions and everyone was courteous.
You got me in right away Monday morning, kept me updated, when. Things did not go the smooth route you kept me updated and had a loaner car available. Next day right at 8am you kept me updated with the latest in my Lexus car repair. Thanks for finding and fixing the issue.
Good job on the Venza. It was ready the following day when I picked it up. Thank you
I told scheduler and service greeter that I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. When done they forgot to do the oil change. They had to take it back to the service bay. Then when I got home I noticed a big spot on the passenger seat which looked like an oily handprint or some sort.
The time it took for the repair took longer than I anticipated but we got a loaner car so it worked out! I live 40 minutes away so I wanted to make one trip back. Could have gotten a few more details on the problem but Ian seemed rushed.
The experience was great! Was able to schedule my appointment, got in at the scheduled time. The tech came and spoke to me about the services and had me on my way within 30 minutes. I appreciated the efficiency of this service team!
Compared to my visits in the previous years, I would say that this time everything and the attitudes of workers looked more professional
Ian was a real pro. He was calm and steady when the system for processing credit cards was not working. He also retrieved a pair of new windshield wipers I had replaced but the crew forgot to put in my car.
Excelente servicio una buena atención mucho conocimiento del trabajo a realizar muy buena información ala hora de entregar el vehículo
The only bad thing I always want to mention is that when they rotate my wheels, they don't put the plastic covers with the logo on correctly, and I've already lost two.
Service and waiting accommodations were above and beyond excellent. Thank you Very much. We look forward to continuing relations with Smart Motors.
Great service. Very satisfied.
