Paul was an excellent rep— explained everything thoroughly and pleasant customer rapport. Enjoyed a cookie and latte, of course. We’ve had a long relationship since hubby bought his first Toyota in 1985– right off the carrier truck. Front desk rep is SO personable and helpful on phone and in person (Melissa?? I think is her name.) A+ Rox

David was professional and communicated well. Kudos also go to Maria. We kept scheduling and rescheduling for the Traction Motor Cable issue and then out of the blue, parts came in for the radio warranty. She knew I was not pleased with the radio so she called right away and got me in the next day. She dedinetly went above and beyond.
